Referencing data on Automation: 
The data on the layer can be used in quick actions. Enter {{$.reference_column}} to send data via emails, collaboration tools, databases, and more. 
The first column can be used by entering {{$.0}} as shown below.
Using result values in quick actions
To use the first_name and last_name of the data from Google Sheets, enter {{$.1}} {{$.2}} as shown below.
