Check Team Access: Make sure the connected account is included as a team member of the Kakao Keyword Ad account. If it’s not included, please add the user as a team member and then reconnect the app.
Ad Status: If the selected ad is not running or is in a pending state, data may not be available.
Ad Format vs. Metrics: Some metrics may not be visible if the selected ad format doesn't match the type of metric being requested.
