Log in to the Naver Search Ads page, then click the Ad Platform button on the right to navigate to the dashboard.
In the dashboard, go to the Tools menu and navigate to the API Usage Management page.
After applying for the API service, obtain your CUSTOMER_ID, Access License, and Secret Key.
When connecting in Outcode, enter the key information you obtained, then click the Connect button to create the app.
