Only phone numbers pre-registered under Verified Caller IDs are allowed as sender numbers.
From the main Account Info section of the Twilio dashboard, copy the Account SID and Auth Token, then paste them into the respective fields in the form.
Account SID: Your account’s SID
Auth Token: Your authentication token
