Personal Access Token
Personal access token
Refer to the "How to create Personal Access Token" tab
Click on the profile picture in the top right corner of Airtable, then select "Builder Hub."
On the Builder Hub page, go to the "Personal Access Tokens" menu and click the "Create Token" button.
Enter a name for the token, click the "Add a scope" button, and then add all permissions.
Click "Add a base" under the Access section to add the entire workspace.
Once the token is created, click the "Copy" button and enter it on the app connection page.
Log in to the Airtable you want to connect.
On the Consent page, select "Add a base" and choose the base you want to automate.
Click the "Grant access" button to request permission approval.
Press the "Cancel" button to cancel the authentication process and disconnect the connector.
For OAuth2 authentication, a single account can approve up to 15 permissions. If this limit is exceeded, no additional approvals can be obtained, and you will need to delete the token directly from Airtable and reconnect.
When using OAuth2 authentication, the permissions are automatically revoked 60 days after the authentication completion date, so periodic reconnection is required.
