Add Filters

You can apply various filters to the automatically connected and fetched data. Filters are always applied automatically on a column-by-column basis.

Supported Filter Types:

• General Text:

  • Contains

  • Does not contain

• Numbers, Percentages, Currency:

  • Contains

  • Does not contain

  • Equals

  • Less than or equal to

  • Greater than or equal to

• Date/Time Columns:

  • By minutes

  • By specific date

  • From today

  • Until today

  • Before

  • After

By using filters, even complex scenarios can be simplified easily.

Useful Tip: If you set the datetime filter to -1 day, try setting the schedule to a 1-day interval as well. This ensures that only yesterday's data is automated accurately without duplicate executions.

Can't Load Data?

If you're seeing the message: "No data matches your current filters. Try modifying the filters or entering a keyword.", it means there is no data that matches your current filter conditions.

🔤 Text Filter

• ✅ Check for typos or case sensitivity.

• ✅ Try using broader keywords.

• ✅ Use “contains” or “does not contain” options flexibly.

🔢 Number Filter

• ✅ Confirm the column contains numeric values.

• ✅ Try removing upper/lower bounds temporarily to see if any data appears.

🕒 DateTime Filter

• ✅ Verify that the column is a datetime field.

• ✅ Adjust filters like:

  • Today

  • Past X days (e.g., -1 for yesterday)

  • From / Until specific dates
