Team Member Status: Make sure the connected account is included as a team member of the Kakao Moment ad account. If not, add the account as a team member and reconnect the app.
Ad Status: If the selected ad is not currently active or is in a paused state, data may not be available.
Ad Format vs. Metrics: Some metrics may not appear if the ad format does not match the type of data being requested.
