Log in to the NAVER Developers Center, then click the Register Application button under the Application menu.
Complete identity verification for app creation, then configure the app settings with the same values as shown in the next screen, and click the Register button to create a new app.
Once the application is successfully created, copy the Client ID and Client Secret from the application information and paste them into the app creation form.
