Pricing Policy

Essential: For small businesses or low data volumes
Business: For large enterprises or high data volumes, offering custom actions and embeddings

Annual Plan: A pricing plan offered based on a yearly commitment. Early termination may incur a penalty, but it can be a cost-effective choice for those planning long-term use.
Multi-Year Plan: Additional discounts may apply for multi-year contracts.
Annual Plan Renewal: If no action is taken before the one-year expiration, the plan will automatically renew.

A subscription service refers to a service that can be used by paying a fixed annual fee based on the chosen plan.
In the Outcode service, 'subscription' encompasses both the service plan and the use of additional features.
Service fees are based on a prepayment principle. However, the company may, by agreement with the user, provide the service in advance before the service fee is paid.
If the user takes no action or expresses no intent before the one-year period ends, the subscription will be renewed on a yearly basis.
Platform resources are automatically allocated per customer based on the contract period. Early termination may incur a penalty.
In the case of over-execution, additional charges may be billed in the following month.

Overage charges occur when the number of executions exceeds the default limit provided by the pricing plan.
Check the automation execution count frequently in the Outcode menu.
The total automation execution count is the sum of the Dataflow execution count and the automation tool execution count.

Owners cannot arbitrarily delete their account or withdraw membership until the billing process is complete.
When deactivating an owner account, ensure that both the subscription cancellation and all automation settings are turned off. Failure to do so may result in overage charges.
To cancel your subscription, navigate to the Billing Management page and set up the Cancel Subscription.
