In the NAVER WORKS Developers Console page, go to the Bot menu and click the Register button to create a new bot.
Enter the bot information and then click Save.
Bot Profile Image: Set the profile image for the bot.
Bot Name: Enter the name that will appear in messages.
Bot Description: Provide a brief description of the bot.
Persistent Menu: Do not configure this.
Callback URL: Select Off.
Invite to Organization/Group & 1:N Message Rooms: Make sure this option is checked; otherwise, the bot cannot join group message rooms.
Manager: Assign a manager to the bot.
Important:
Set the bot's owner to match the account used to connect the connector in Outcode.
If the connected Outcode account and the assigned manager information do not match, the bot will not be usable.
After creating the bot in the developer page, go to the NAVER WORKS Admin Page, then navigate to Service Management > Services > Bot.
Add the bot you wish to use for sending messages.
Verify that the bot has been successfully added.
Select the registered bot to enter the detailed settings.
Apply the settings below, then click the Save button.
Enter the channel where you want to use the bot, then click Details Menu > Invite Bot at the top right to invite the bot.
Select the bot you wish to invite, then click the Confirm button at the bottom of the modal.
Once the bot has been invited to the message room, you can start using Outcode actions.
