Error Resolution Guide
The message shows as sent successfully, but the recipient didn’t receive it.
If the sender number is set with spam-blocking settings, the message may not reach the recipient even if it was sent successfully. Please check with the mobile service provider (e.g., SKT, KT, MVNO, etc.) to see if any spam-blocking services are enabled as an add-on. If so, disable those services and try again.
Can I check the message delivery status immediately?
Outcode only relays the message request to Solapi and does not handle the final delivery process. Therefore, instant delivery confirmation is not available. You can check the delivery history in the Action logs. Please note that depending on the processing time of Solapi or the mobile carrier, status updates may be delayed.
Can I send KakaoTalk messages without registering on the Kakao Business Center?
Outcode does not provide services directly from the Kakao Business Center. Instead, it supports easier and faster message delivery via Solapi. For such inquiries, please contact Solapi customer support.
The message keeps failing to send. What should I check?
There can be various reasons for failed delivery. Please confirm the following:
Is a sender number registered with your Solapi account? (For KakaoTalk, registration with the Kakao Business Center is required.)
Do you have enough balance to send messages?
Have you exceeded your daily sending limit? (If so, you’ll need to request a limit increase.)
Is the input data valid during automation execution? (e.g., an invalid phone number format could cause errors.)
Is your API key expired or deactivated, or is the account inactive?
If you’ve checked all the above and issues persist, please contact Outcode customer support for further assistance.
