Error Resolution Guide

Check if the Access Key issued by IAM has not expired.
Verify that the correct query syntax has been used.
If you have enabled IP Bound restrictions, make sure to add the allowed IPs in the connection settings.
Confirm that you are a Redshift user and have the
CREATE USERpermission.
