Q: What data sources or applications can I connect to on Outcode?
A: Outcode supports commercial databases (Postgre, MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase Real Time Database), SaaS applications (Slack, Jandi, Sendgrid, Twilio, Teams, Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Calendar, AWS SES, OneSignal, Airtable), native APIs and custom Rest APIs.
Applications that you connect to are constantly being added. If there is an application you want to use on Outcode, please let us know via chatbot.
Q: What kind of applications can you make?
You can create any kind of internal application based on business logics. In general, many teams use Outcode to support and digitalize business operations. Starting from general operations, sales, customer support, IT, to growth hacking.
Q: Can I use Outcode for the large amount of data we have at our team?
Outcode was developed to automate and process large amounts of data at business level. For example, it can send personalized emails to thousands of users, and can be applied to tasks that process large data generated, such as bulk refund processing, targeted marketing automation, payment application after applying a temporary discount, or issuing tax invoices, and more.
Q: Is Outcode safe? Where is my data stored?
Outcode is a service that automates business operations and supports strong security and safety. Customer data is always stored only in your internal system, not on Outcode.
